What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Glow2Go experience. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused, sealed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@glow2go.ca with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

 

Please note: For hygiene reasons, used or opened devices cannot be returned.

How do I use the Glow2Go device?

Simply choose your desired light mode, apply your favorite serum or moisturizer, and glide the device gently over clean skin. Each session lasts about 5–10 minutes.

For best results, we suggest 3–5 sessions per week. Many users notice a refreshed look and feel within the first few weeks.
